Massive Unemployment fraud in Belgium
“What happened is that people arrived in Belgium and had no right to unemployment benefits. In order to qualify they had to prove they worked for so many days. These people then used any means to get the necessary paperwork to prove they had been employed.”
In all some 10,000 are believed to have been involved in the fraud, but the number is expected to rise further.
Some paid a 100 euros for a filled in dismissal notice from the employment agency, others forked out 400 euros. WATCH VIDEO
