30 Hmongs in a house....some of that real Minnesota Nice brought to you by KDWB!
A song parody that recently aired on KDWB's Dave Ryan in the Morning Show has created a bit of a stir.....to the tune of Eric Clapton's "Tears in Heaven." Take a listen to what's under the table at the real 'Minnesota Nice'.
During the station's morning show last week, listeners were asked to send in title suggestions for a song that the show's personalities would have less than an hour to write. Steve "Steve-O" LaTart, the show's producer, said a Hmong listener texted in the titled "30 Hmongs in a House" and LaTart proceeded to pen words set to Eric Clapton's "Tears in Heaven." In his parody, LaTart sang about how Hmongs live like "sardines" with no room for a couch because they sleep on the floor. He also made reference to Hmong women getting pregnant by 16 with "seven kids by 23" and "over the hill by 30."
By Wednesday morning, the show's Facebook page was filled with comments about the song, including those who found it offensive.

It's Don Imus's favorite burger joint....FAT HO Burgers
Are you ready to pimp yourself a burger?...then you ought to take a trek out to Waco, Texas and mosey on in and eat one of their Fat Ho's. Apparently the neighbors ain't feelin the love.
Fat Ho Burgers might seem to some like an unusual name for a restaurant, but its owner has defended her choice after coming under fire from local businesses in Waco, Texas. Lakita Evans is the mastermind behind the burger joint and its unconventional name, and said she had no intention of causing offence.
'It's not calling people a ho. It's just like they say, "Oooh that ho is big," or, "That ho is tight!"' she said. Other local business owners don't see it that way and the 23-year-old entrepreneur has come under criticism from the nearby Gospel Cafe, an eatery and bookshop run by religious volunteers.
Pastor Marsha Martie said: 'Would've been nice to think a little more sensitively.' However, Ms Evans has defended the Fat Ho Cafe, which counts Sloppy Ho Brisket and Supa Dupa Fly Ho with Chz among its specials. And for the younger Fat Ho customers, there's Tiny Ho Meals.
Luckily for Evans, the publicity surrounding her controversial burger joint has reportedly been great for business. This week they ran out of change, and then beef.

Dan Rather on Obama “He couldn’t sell watermelons if you gave him the state troopers to flag down the traffic.”
You've all probably got that crazy old uncle who shows up at family gatherings and you just sit around and wait for him to say something to make everybody uncomfortable......that's Dan Rather.... the washed up former liberal moonbat evening news reader.
Rather pulled another one appearing on “The Chris Matthews Show” over the weekend with this statement about Obama.
“He couldn’t sell watermelons if you gave him the state troopers to flag down the traffic.”
First of all.....notice how Matthews.....one of Obama's buttboys....tries to talk over him as soon as the words come out of his mouth. Forget context or intentions. If ANYBODY on the right had made that statement they’d be fired.
Forget that Rather doesn’t have a real job to be fired from. Where’s the outrage? Rather got dumped as the CBS Evening News anchor because of reckless statements like that. Under what scenario are Rather’s comments NOT inappropriate?

Miss Belgium causing controversy again
Some say politics and beauty go hand-in-hand, but it appears no-one told 18-year-old Miss Belgium winner Cilou AnnysAnnys sparked controversy when she posed in a magazine with nationalist politician Bart de Wever, who wants independence for the Dutch-speaking region of northern Belgium from the francophone south of Wallonia.
The provocative photo shows de Wever slicing through the word Belgium, embroided on Ms Annys winner’s sash.

Exclusive Audio! Harry Reid on Obama being light skinned with no Negro dialect
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) apologized today for referring to President Barack Obama as "light skinned" and "with no Negro dialect" (unless he needs to use it) in private conversations during the 2008 presidential campaign.
"I deeply regret using such a poor choice of words," said Reid in a statement. "I sincerely apologize for offending any and all Americans, especially African Americans for my improper comments."

HOLA!
It’s not often in this day and age of political correctness to see a large group of people being totally racist. Unless you live in Spain. According to the Guardian:Spain’s Olympic basketball teams have risked upsetting their Chinese hosts by posing for a pre-Games advert making slit-eyed gestures.
The advert for a courier company, which is an official sponsor of the Spanish Basketball Federation, occupied a full page in the sports daily Marca, the country’s best-selling newspaper.
I’m not sure what’s worse, the fact that they’re doing the slant-eye move (which is popular only among third graders) or the fact that they are completely oblivious to the fact that it’s offensive to over a billion people. Spain is kind of like the world’s grandpa. When everyone gets together, he still tells really uncomfortable jokes that usually involve some racial slur. And when your mom tells him to stop his only response is, “What’d I say? What? So the Nippers are good at math. It’s a compliment. I didn’t say nothin’ bad. Pass the mashed potatoes.”

UN says the Belgium Flemish housing code is racist
The United Nations is raising questions about the new Flemish housing code. Under the code only people who speak Dutch or are willing to learn the language qualify for social housing.
The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is worried that the code could indirectly lead to discrimination. Since 2007 people wanting to rent social housing in Flanders have to be able to speak Dutch or be prepared to learn the language of the community around them.
From the start many Francophones experienced the measure as a form of harassment and claimed that it was intended to discourage them from going to live in the Flemish area around Brussels.

I read Tintin as a kid, and as a result, I hate everyone.
Sales of "Tintin in the Congo" have shot up by 3,800 percent after the CRE watchdog claimed it contained potentially highly offensive material, said The Daily Telegraph. The comic has reached number eight on Internet retailer Amazon's most popular books list, the broadsheet reported.
When it comes to ginger Belgian reporters with such a backwards social interaction skillset that they're required to perpetually be accompanied by a small dog for company, Tintin is probably in the top three or four of all time. However, just because you're ginger, went to the moon two decades before Neil Armstrong and saw a big mushroom on a beach once, it doesn't mean t
hat you can't be so racist that parents regularly cover their childrens' ears and run away every time you express any of your dubious views, as Tintin is discovering for himself.
