Carla Bruni nude portrait to be auctioned at Christie's New York

Carla Bruni aka First Lady of France Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has put on royal airs for her State Visit to England. If she has to look like this to impress the Brits, I say to hell with it, give me back the old Carla.

A nude photo of the French First Lady, Carla Bruni, has been put up for auction at Christie's New York, just hours ahead of a state visit to Britain.
The portrait, by photographer Michel Comte, shows a younger Miss Bruni gazing thoughtfully into the camera with nothing but her crossed hands to cover her modesty. STORY

Sarko wants to sue RyanAir

The European press can't spill enough ink over Sarkozy and his paramour Carla Bruni, but the latest jab at their whirlwind romance has Sarko tres irrité.
Ryanair, which isn't known for its subtlety, and its girls of Ryanair Calender.....used a photo of the couple in an ad in today's issue of Le Parisien. The thought bubble above Bruni says:
With Ryanair, my whole family can come to my wedding.
That may be--as long as her relatives don't want to check bags--but the French president didn't appreciate the joke. Ryanair's apologized, but Sarko plans to sue the airline for "improper use of the president's image." STORY

Cars are burned fairly regularly in France, for good reason I might add. They're French cars! ... At the height of the 2005 riots as many as 1,400 cars were attacked in overnight violence.

Meanwhile, France has now banned smoking in cafes and bars. Lighting up a heater will get you fined.

Sarko......You da Man!!

This man has a smile on his face for good reason. Apparently the way the couple has chosen to publicize their relationship is through a highly visable visit to – where else – Euro Disneyland. Given the French perception of “Sarko L’American,” this will jack the the press coverage. Perhaps Sarko just couldn’t resist the irony – debuting your glamorous model girlfriend by taking her on a visit to one of the tackiest places on earth.

She has previously dated Eric Clapton, Mick Jagger, Donald Trump (she was drunk) and Kevin Costner.

Although I'm not going to post any pictures of Carla Bruni nude, I could direct you a bit. I think I've seen Laura Bush in an outfit like the one pictured

here also.
