I don't know how this escaped my attention, but here it is a few weeks late. Ted Kefalinos, owner of the Lafayette French Bakery in New York, N.Y., is selling "Drunken Negro Cookies."The offensive (to some) chocolate-coated cookies feature an overexaggerated caricature of an African-American face. Kefalinos, whose cakes were mentioned in IN STYLE magazine, and featured in "Sex and the City," was overhead saying that he hoped Obama would follow in assassinated President Abraham Lincoln's footsteps: "He will get what's coming to him." Does that sound racial to you?
After hundreds of angry responses and calls for a boycott of his bakery, Kefalinos finally apologized for the cookies. "I'm sorry that people were offended by the cookie. We were just trying to make a large number of people happy, and instead we made a large number of people confused and angry.".....don't be so sure about that Ted, Rush Limbaugh just ordered a truckload.

Here in Europe it wasn't that long ago...they were still selling "Nigger Kisses" until the PC Police showered them with guilt.
Dutch biscuit maker Van der Breggen has announced its popular chocolate-covered marshmallow biscuits will no longer be sold as Nigger Kisses.
