Muzzammil Hassan, the founder of a TV project to combat negative stereotypes of Muslims, has been charged with murder after the beheading of his wife....IN THE STUDIO

Hassan told police Thursday about the death of his estranged wife Aasiya Z. Hassan, whose mutilated body was found at his offices. Having set up the channel to show the positive side of Islam and tackle those negative perceptions, he has been just been charged the second degree murder of his wife who was rather unfortunately beheaded.

"Unfortunately" beheaded? You mean it might have been an accident? Apparently she had just filed for divorce.....that would be the quickie version I'd guess.

The Riots in Brussels

Close to two hundred people were arrested Friday night in riots which lasted up to five hours between Anderlecht (Brussels) football fans and Morrocan youth. 150 police agents were called in to separate the two groups.
Moroccan youth? H'mmmmmmm I wonder if that is "code" for Methodists? No wait the other "M" word.....

Shortly after 7pm, there were several disturbances between Anderlecht supporters and the police. the supporters tried to reach a large group of immigrants in the De Lindeplein, who had gathered at the Sint-Guido metro-station.

After the Belgian cup finals between RSC Anderlecht and AA Ghent Sunday evening, won by Anderlecht, fights broke out between Anderlecht supporters and immigrant youth. The immigrant youth were threatened by skinheads.

A blog called upon North African youth to "settle matters with the white supporters of the football club Anderlecht" Friday, and to "burn down cafes, houses and cars." More than 600 youth responded to the posting.

The Anderlecht municipality urged everybody to calm down. Mayor Gaëtan Van Goidsenhoven took the threats of violence against white Anderlecht supporters very seriously and called in extra police forces, particularly next to the Constant Vanden Stock stadium and to the Sint-Guido metro station.

Van Goidsenhoven says that already social workers and police were noticably present for several days, and over the next few hours and days the police will be out in force to prevent escalation.

Anderlecht asked meanwhile to close down the blog. The public prosecution is already conducting an investigation into the bloggers, who come from abroad.
The mayor thinks youth from other municipalities also took part in the fights.

Throughout the evening the police tried to keep both groups apart, also through charges with horses. It appeared to work for a while but at 8pom Anderlecht supporters again clashed with the police.

After a period of relative calm, a car with several immigrants was attacked. The car was pelted with stones and other objects, the trunk forced open and emptied. Two passengers, both young men, were injured.

The feelings were re-inflamed elsewhere as well when a large group of Anderlecht supporters trying to get from De Lindeplein to Sint-Guido metrostation, ran into the police. The agents were pelted with stones, beerglasses and crush barriers and had to perform several charges, and a water-cannon was again called in. This incident did not become a real clash.

Two hundred people were arrested, most of immigrant origin. In the Wayezstraat alone 80 youth were arrested, including a number of girls.

The group of immigrant youth which are gathered at the Dapperheidsplein pelted the police with stones. At least one agent was injured. A bus station was smashed to piced, several cars damaged and the shop windows of several stores. According to the police the fire brigade was also attacked.

A water-canon truck of the police going towards Sint-Guido metro-station was attacked by Anderlecht supporters trying to reach the North Africans. The police charged with horses and drove them back to De Lindeplein. The water canon and pepper spray were also called in. Much damage was done to the street.

Due to the riots in Anderlecht, the Brussels transportation company MIVB, didn't let anybody get off in four metro-stations (Jacques Brel, Aumale, Sint-Guido and Veeweyde), by request of the police.

Lessons in Cultural Understanding

These kids got more "cultural understanding" than they bargained for.

Okay, so the teachers of the 10 year-olds decide, in the wake of one of their politician’s film “Fitna“, that it would be a nice gesture of goodwill, and a learning lesson for their kids, if during their next tour of a religious organization, they visited a local mosque to see what Islam is really all about, and thus, gain a better understanding of muslims and perhaps even learn a little tolerance…

A primary school in Amsterdam wished to provide its pupils with an understanding for other cultures. But during a visit to a mosque, the children were told they were dogs.

Angry parents had sent the letter on to De Telegraaf but were reportedly rapped on the knuckles by the school's management. "The school wishes to play this down. That is precisely the problem", as one mother commented. STORY

Fat Freddy Thielmans says no Christmas Decorations for Brussels

Christmas decorations have been removed from two offices at the entrance of the Brussels Court of Justice a few hours after they were installed. “We took them away so as not to scandalize anybody. We have to be neutral for the Muslims…”
Ahoy there, Fat Freddy! Your plan not to scandalize anybody failed completely because I am totally scandalized -- and disgusted -- by this foolishness. Put those Christmas decorations right back up to avoid any further scandalization.

I'm surprised people entering the Brussels Courts aren't required to remove their shoes, kiss the floor, and recite the shehada upon entering. Oh wait, that doesn't start until NEXT Christmas. The only thing worse than this idiot obeying demands, is that he does it when they haven't even complained yet!

A Turkish lawyer has filed a complaint to UEFA, the European football federation, after Italian club Inter Milan wore a football jersey with a symbol said to be offensive to Islam, during a game with the Turkish team Fenerbahçe. The symbol of the northern Italian city of Milan, a red cross on a white background, was on the Inter Milan shirts during the Champions League game in November which saw Fenerbahçe lose by 3 goals to zero at Milan's San Siro stadium.
Lawyer Baris Kaska said that the symbol is considered offensive in Islamic culture and asked the Turkish tribunal to sanction Inter Milan for their 'racist' action. He has asked UEFA, which organises the Champions League tournament, to cancel the three points earned by Inter Milan after its victory over Fenerbahçe.Inter Milan consciously decided not to wear the controversial shirt during their match in Istanbul, but did not think it was necessary to do the same while playing the return game in Milan.

Just how many Alpha Romeo cars have been sold in the Islamic world over recent decades,and how does one explain how and why Muslims have been strangely oblivious to the vehicles "offensive" logo? Muslims play the offended card whenever it suits them; and invariably it involves humiliating the West, who grovels at them. Enough is enough. I'm thinking this has more to do with the score of the match. Sore Losers!

A far-left group of anti-American conspiracy theorists, calling itself “United for Truth” (UfT), is going to demonstrate in Brussels on 9 September. Of course these fellow moonbats were OK'd by Freddy, to demonstrate away.....

Muslims Intimidate Brussels Mayor

The Brussels mayor, Socialist Freddy Thielemans sent out a press release in which he has banned a demonstration for a minute of silence to commemorate the victims of 9/11 on the 11th sept in Brussels. The reason for the prohibition is that he says he cannot guarantee public safety and that he won’t disturb the Islamic section of the population in Brussels.
The group, “Stop the Islamization of Europe” points out by invoking the lack of public safety highlights the graveness of the situation.

Wow! Protests are now dangerous even before they start. The European self-parody continues, so much for freedom of speech.

The Italians have it figured out.

Last week, the Italian interior minister, Giuliano Amato, hosted a conference in Rome on "Islam and Integration." Italy, one of Europe's southern border states, has 1 million Muslims out of a population of 58 million people. Illegal immigrants arrive in Italy in huge numbers.

The Italians, however, have a way of dealing with illegal immigrants. They regularly transform them into legal residents by granting them official papers.

Most of them leave Italy shortly afterward. Since Italy belongs to the European Union and since the EU adheres to the principle of the free movement of persons, an amnesty gives immigrants the right to freely enter all EU member states. Italy allows the immigrants in so that they move out, to EU nations with more generous welfare systems.
