Belgium plans to launch an international promotion campaign to improve the country's image abroad.

Belgium is especially concerned with drawing more investments to our country. The campaign will focus on Belgium as a country with a good investment climate. The system of 'notional interest' will be explained: thanks to this system, companies that invest in Belgium enjoy low corporate tax.

We'll start by showing how up is down and then move on to show how compulsion = liberty.
And how Belgians will prosecute anyone for human rights violations, no matter where they occurred (offer void in Congo).

The chamber of commerce in the United States reported last week that Belgium was a bad place for foreign investments. The aim of the new international campaign is to refute this image of Belgium. There will be advertisements in newspapers and on television: including on CNN and BBC World, and in the Financial Times of London.

The Antwerp provincial authorities have shelved plans for an exhibition of a collection of photographs of women put together by the Flemish author Louis Paul Boon.
The exhibition was to take place in the Antwerp Photo Museum, but has been abandoned because some of the photos are pornographic. Some have been labelled child pornography. Louis Paul Boon's Feminatheek was a joke that got out of hand.

One official told the VRT the photo's he saw had nothing to do with art. “It's a collection of old-fashioned photos. Some of the images flirt with pornography”.
Some of the images smack of child pornography and the provincial authorities did not want these in their museum.

Husbands with multiple wives have been given the go-ahead to claim extra welfare benefits following a year-long Government review, The Sunday Telegraph revealed.

Income support for all of the wives may be paid directly into the husband’s bank account, if the family so choose.And that's not all, folks...
Under the deal agreed by ministers, a husband with multiple wives may also be eligible for additional housing benefit and council tax benefit to reflect the larger property needed for his family.

When I read about crap like this I wonder how anyone could be this dumb, then I remember....... their politicians..

Great Super Bowl

Although I waited three and a half hours for Troy Aikmen to say something interesting during the broadcast (it didn't happen) the game turned out to be a classic.
It was fun watching Bill Bellichek run off the field like a little girl after his team turned over the ball with :01 second left on the clock though, guess he'd seen enough.
Is it just me, or are the Super Bowl Commercials losing their edge, despite costing nearly 3 million a minute just to air. Here's a link to watch some of the good..... and mostly very bad ones. I did like the E Trade, Bud Light Ones, and the Audi Godfather though.

I think we have a new "THE CATCH" phrase to replace the 49'ers Dwight Clark catch against the Cowboys. I mean, come on, the dude caught the ball with his helmet.
